Several weather systems across the country has kept Southwest Monsoon active over most parts of the country. Let us now have a detailed look at the weather conditions.

A Western Disturbance is prevailing over Jammu and Kashmir and is moving eastwards. While Monsoon trough is running close to foot hills of Himalayas across three cyclonic circulations. First one can be seen over Punjab and neighbouring areas, while second one over Bihar and North Chhattisgarh and last one over North Bay of Bengal.

All these systems combined together will give moderate to heavy showers over the hilly states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, foothills of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and further over Sikkim and Sub- Himalayan West Bengal region.

Also, light to Moderate Monsoon showers will occur plains of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and North Madhya Pradesh.

Moving down south, a trough can be seen along the East coast extending from South Odisha up to North Tamil Nadu across Andhra Pradesh. Accordingly we can expect weather activity all along the well-marked trough line.

While on West Coast, off-shore continues to prevail. On Sunday, light rain can be observed over parts of Coastal Karnataka and Kerala.
