Well-marked low pressure area over Jharkhand has weakened further and is now lying as a low pressure area over Chhattisgarh and adjoining East Madhya Pradesh. The system is likely to give heavy to very rainfall over these areas including South Odisha.
A trough can also be seen extending from this system up to Tamil Nadu. Accordingly, we can expect light to moderate rain over the places along the well-marked trough line. Vidharbha and Marathwada regions are also expected to get good showers.
Meanwhile, off-shore trough is still prevailing along the West Coast and we can expect moderate rain over Konkan & Goa and Coastal Karnataka.
A low pressure area is over Central Pakistan and adjoining Rajasthan and Punjab region. And the Monsoon trough is also running though this system across indo-Gangetic plains, another low pressure over Chhattisgarh and further up to Bay of Bengal.
Up in the hills, fresh western Disturbance can be seen over North Pakistan and adjoining Jammu and Kashmir. A trough can be seen extending from this system up to low pressure area.
All the three systems combined together, will give scattered light to moderate rain over North Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh.
Rest of the country will continue to witness light rain activity.
