Heavy downpour early in the morning ends up hampering your daily exercise routine. Does that imply that you end up becoming fat and not in shape by the time Monsoon comes to an end? If you are one of those people who simply love dancing, there is no exercise more fun than this. All you need to do is turn up the music and dance like nobody’s watching. Aerobics and Zumba are dance forms that help you in losing weight.

Performing household chores is also a great way to keep you in shape during Monsoon when the rains make it difficult to move out. Sweeping the floors of your home, washing clothes and doing the dishes are some of those helpful chores.
