A Western Disturbance is approaching the northern hills and will start affecting weather by December 22. The system will last for about two days. After a gap of about 5 days, another Western Disturbance is expected by December 30 or 31. This system could bring snowfall at many places in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh during the New Years.
