Choose Colors accordingly:

White is a big NO this season. Avoid wearing whites and shades of whites as they tend to get dirty easily and get transparent when wet. Instead, go for some rainbow shades of Red, Green, Yellow and Orange etc. Bright colors add glow and charm to your face.

Do away with your denims

If you are fond of denims, it’s high time you change your choice. Denim takes comparatively more time to dry than other fabrics. Better to opt for cotton suits that not only dries easily when wet but are also way too comfortable. Lycra and Polyester could also be your second choices as these are wrinkle free and easy to wash and dry.

Dress Sensibly

Apart from dressing right during rainy spells, you should also dress accordingly. Avoid getting dressed in trousers, jeans, long skirts or Patiala. These will get muddy more easily during rainy season. Instead opt for outfits like knee length skirts, shorts, capris, dresses and short Kurtis with leggings. For men, ankle length trouser would do along with shorts and capris.

Happy feet for happy Monsoon:

Your feet must also feel comfortable during Monsoon as these are the ones that suffer the most. Avoid wearing leather footwear and closed shoes as they would soak rain water which will keep your feet wet all day long. Also do away with your love for heels, they would be way more uncomfortable to walk with in rains. Better to go for open sandals, floaters, simple flip flops and colorful ballerinas. This would revamp your look and style.

Hair care is essential too:

You crown gives your first appearance so don’t let your hair remain open for long as the humid climate post rainy spells will end up making them frizzier and unmanageable. Better to tie them up in a neat pony or a bun or if time allows, simply make a side braid. Don’t forget to apply oil on your scalp twice a week to avoid frizziness.

Refresh your beauty regime:
