Southwest Monsoon finally made an onset over Mumbai and Mumbaikars couldn't be happier. However, as the soft arrival of Monsoon transformed into hefty rains, local train delays and traffic snarls followed suit. While some relished Mumbai rains, others couldn't stop complaining.
