With board examinations for the 10th and 12th standards just round the corner, the level of stress can be seen mounting in every household, having students appearing for the exams. Examinations can become a stressful part of study in today’s competitive world but they are extremely important to bring out the best in every student and also for self-evaluation.

It is very essential to adopt certain means and ways so that a student’s effort brings the desired results. Don't study when you're really tired. It's recommended to get a good night's sleep rather than to struggle till late night.

To make the best of your education take breaks and exercise to keep your body healthy.

Here are few tips to help one study smartly and efficiently.

  • Set realistic targets which you can meet. Targets should always be compatible with one’s capacity to learn.
  • Learn the basics first. Do not try to build concepts without setting the foundation.
  • Avoid mugging up and try to understand your subjects.
  • Perform yoga or at least meditation early morning to avoid stress throughout the day. this will improve your concentration level and keep you fresh.

March’s Weather in Delhi

Moreover, for Delhiites, the board exams fall at a perfect time as the weather in Delhi in the month of March remains extremely comfortable. At this time there is no significant weather condition in terms of cold, rain, fog or mist. The winter season will take our leave by then and make temperatures extremely comfortable. Nights will no longer be cold and chilly as the mean minimum rises from 10.2°C in February to 15.3 °C in the month of March. The maximum also rises to 29.2 °C in March from 23.6 °C, the previous month. However, March will not be a good time for sun-bathing as the sun gets too bright at times. So avoid loitering in the sun for too long.

March also records the lowest rain in Delhi, so you need not fret about the weather at all. Eat good food and include a lot of fluid in your diet as humidity level decrease substantially in March. Snack on juices and dry fruits while studying as a lot of energy is required for studying as well.
