Rohtang Pass

Rohtang Pass is located at a height of 3,978 meters above sea level. It lies in the eastern hills of the Pir Panjal Range. River Beas and River Chenab flow on the northern and southern side of the Rohtang Pass, respectively. Rohtang Pass is about 51 km away from Manali. The road to Rohtang Pass is equally stunning but the pass is closed for most part of the year due to inclement weather conditions.
Hadimba Temple

The Hidimbi (or Hadimba) Devi Temple is dedicated to Rakshasa Hidimba, who was the wife of Pandava Bhima. The structure is an architectural marvel and is mostly made of wood. At a distance of about 20 meters from the temple, lies a temple dedicated to Ghatotkacha, the son of Bhima.
Hot Water Springs

The widely popular Vashist Hot Water Springs is situated at a distance of about 4-5 kilometers from Manali. It is situated across River Beas and is a tourist hotspot because of its sulphurous Hot Water Springs. One can also use the Turkish-style bath houses to enjoy the spring in privacy.
Solang Valley

Beas River

How can you forget the ‘Heart of Kullu’ while visiting Kullu-Manali! River Beas is a famous spot for camping and water sports. The flow of the river is too fast and hence swimming is prohibited. But one can go rafting and taste the strength of the river. Apart from this, you can also relax beside the river or plan a picnic.
Bijli Mahadev Temple

The Temple is a modest structure dedicated to Lord Shiva. But the real attraction here is the 60 feet high lightning rod which is struck by lightning throughout the year. The temple is located across River Beas and can be reached via an easy trek.
