Summer is almost here and so are countless summer skin woes.  Keeping the skin nourished, supple and free of acne is not an expensive affair. If you have already burnt a big hole in your pocket, trying out different expensive and ineffective beauty products, it’s time to eat it right.

Fret no more! here are few healthy treats to keep skin ailments including acne, blemishes, sun burn and dehydration away. Try adding at least one of these to your everyday diet for a perfect flawless skin. And the best part is that one does not need to have boring, boiled and sick food to get the dream look.

Dark chocolate

Having dark chocolate is not a sin. In fact dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants, fatty acids and flavanols. Antioxidants are rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes that help to repair damaged tissues of the body.
