It's Selfish Sunday again! It's your day, you are allowed to do whatever you wish for. Have you been keeping yourself from the sinful, mouthwatering dessert to keep a check on your weight? Well, on selfish Sunday, you can eat as many cupcakes or as many ice cream bowls you want. It's your day and no one can run it for you. Isn't happiness the key to life? Well, what makes you the happiest? A chocolate bar, an ice cream cone or a slice of cheesecake? For me, it is any one of them. Every one wants to be happy, so dessert is the ultimate key. Eat dessert and be happy! Don't think about gaining a few pounds, you have the entire week to do all that thinking.

There are days when nothing really goes right. All you need is dessert to fix it. Nothing gives you more pleasure than sitting back and hogging your favourite dessert. And it is important to feel that way for your own well being. Denying yourself from the simplest pleasures in life can only make you miserable. Life is good, eat sweet!
