Snacks and weight loss never go hand in hand. In fact, snacks are the one thing responsible for constant weight gain. While weight loss is on everyone’s to-do list, snacking is something one can never stop. Surprisingly, some healthy snacks exist that keep you full for a longer period and meet all your nutritional needs at the same time. Check out our list of healthy snacks you must eat to lose weight.

Almonds

Baked Zucchini Chips

While a packet of potato chips has always been the yummiest item to snack on, the health hazards and weight gain ratio are bizarre. Don’t fret! Instead, make a healthy and light substitute for addressing your cravings. Pineapples

Pineapples taste great and are low in calories. So, when you feel hungry and feel like enjoying a wholesome snack, go for pineapples. The high water content makes it an even better choice. Eggs

Who doesn’t love eggs and when it comes to eating it as a snack, it proves to be equally healthy as well. The best part is you can enjoy it in various ways. You could simply hard boil your egg, or try poaching one. A sunny side up with a drop of olive oil is also not a bad option. Cottage Cheese/ Paneer

Cottage cheese also known as paneer in India is another weight loss superfood. Not only is it protein rich but it is also low in calories and contains high calcium content.
