The body excretes sweat in large quantities but we can't help as this is something we cannot avoid in summers. To overcome sweat issues, we use various kinds of deodorants and perfumes. 1. Vinegar

Take a half lemon and then rub it directly in under your arms and remove it with cold water. It is a good remedy specially for those who sweat a lot.

3. Baking Soda

Before going for a bath, add lemon juice with baking soda to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste to your underarms. Leave it for about 5-10 minutes and then wash it with water.

4. Rosemary Herbs

Rosemary is another refreshing ingredient to say bye to bad odour. Take half a cup of dried rosemary leaves and add 4 cups of water. Allow the mixture to settle down for some time. Then add this water to your bathing water. This will give you an aromatic fragrance for the entire day.

5. Tomato Juice Bath

Tomato is considered to be a natural antiseptic. Ayurveda has been using tomato juice as the remedy for body odour. Blend the tomatoes to get their pulp. Add this tomato pulp to a bucket full of water. Bathe with that water.

6. Corn Starch

Corn starch is considered to be a good moisture absorber and it soaks up the sweat immediately.  Mix it with water and apply it directly on the skin.

7. Apple Cider Vinegar

Add a cup of apple cider vinegar in your bathing water, soak for a few minutes. It also cures tanning with body odour.
