Antioxidants are simply nutrients that help to protect our body from damage by free radicals. These free radicals are your enemies that wreak havoc in your body. They damage DNA and accelerate aging. Antioxidants are known to neutralize their effect and keep your youthful glow alive. And white tea definitely has higher quantities of these protective nutrients.

Green tea is good for the skin, but white tea is much better. This again can be attributed to the higher amount of antioxidants found in white tea. More antioxidants definitely mean better results and better skin. White tea has significantly less caffeine than green tea, and much less caffeine when compared to the black variant.

White tea comes as a blessing in this case as it is a pleasantly sweet experience. You must be wondering why? Again, we’ll tell you it is because of the way white tea is processed. White tea is smoother and gentler.
