5-minute workouts for office goers without going to the gym

Crush calories in less than ten minutes and you don’t even have to skip office for that. Take up this 5 minute workout for 12 weeks AT HOME that involves no workout equipment and not much of your time when it comes to attaining a fit and lean body.

Here’s a mini workout, designed especially for beginners, office goers, doers who want heart pumping workout that gives energy that lasts all day.

Jumping Jacks

Begin by doing 10 jumping jacks in the beginning of the workout and 10 in the end of the workout. Gradually add 5 jumping jacks every day till the time you can do 50 jumping jacks each in the beginning and in the end. Jumping jacks do more than just burning calories. It’s a full-body workout.

Plie squats

If you want to give your backside a boost, tone legs and burn fat then opting for plie squats can be the right things. Do 15 of them every day and see the toned muscles in your inner thigh. For best results ensure that the back stays long and chest up.

Squats   

They are multi-joint and multi muscle exercise. Although designed for lower body, squats literally uses all muscle in the body. In addition to your thigh, you work on your abs, shoulders, arms and back to stabilize body. So you burn calories, tone up your butt, calves and hips. 15 every day.

March in one place with high knees

If you can lose weight by without going out in the open in summer or bitter winter, won’t it be nice? Jogging or marching in one place with high knees can get your heart pumping and can even let you burn almost 60 calories in 7 minutes! Imagine how many calories can you burn when you combine this with other exercises? Start by doing 15 reps and gradually reaching 20 every day.

Push ups

Push-ups build strength. Push-ups boosts metabolism. It can be done anywhere, no worry of hitting the gym. It maintains blood circulation. What else do you need? Hit the music and pump 20 reps every day before going in the shower.
