The residents of the Northeast United States will have to wait a little bit longer for the typical cool weather during the fall season. In fact, the first few days of the upcoming fall season are expected to remain warm and dry in both Northeast and the mid-Atlantic.

Slightly cool weather conditions will make their presence felt during the months of October as well as November. However, prolonged chilly weather will not pay this part of the United States until the end of the fall season.

Residents of both Philadelphia and New York City will see lesser number of cold spots or arctic shots. In fact, it is good news for those who have elaborate plans for the much awaited fall season.

The wet weather days are expected to be slightly cooler than usual, however, as per meteorologists not many such days are expected during the early days of fall.

The warm weather conditions will not only be a welcoming news for the ones attending fall festivals but it will also paint a promising picture of the harvest season for the farmers.

However, those vibrant fall leaves may not be as picturesque and the ones looking forward for some great fall pictures may be slightly disappointed. Not only will the fall leaves be less vibrant but their duration of stay in the trees may also be shorter than usual.
