The future path of Hurricane Jose remains uncertain

The much talked about Hurricane Jose was supposed to follow Irma’s path and cause destruction to the already ravaged Caribbean. However, Jose decided to change paths and spared the Caribbean and is currently hurling in the Atlantic.

At present, Hurricane Jose about 400 miles north-northeast of the Grand Turk Island. The storm is currently moving in a northeastward direction. Due to the increase in wind shear will result in the weakening of hurricane Jose. However, the system will still continue to maintain Hurricane Jose in the waters of the Atlantic.

Throughout the week, Hurricane Jose is expected to complete a loop in a clockwise direction between Bermuda, Bahamas as well as Puerto Rico. The furthermore path of Jose at present is uncertain and it is still being monitored whether Hurricane Jose will pose any major threat to the East Coast of the United States.

However, swells which are being generated by both Jose and Irma will continue to affect the East Coast as well as Northeast Caribbean Islands which will result in high surf and rip currents throughout this week.

As per weather experts, hurricane Jose is a slow-moving storm and they will have to monitor the storm for quite a number of days from now.
