The blistering Middle East Heatwave, a mere trailer of the futureThe Middle East has been witnessing a hell of a weather and if scientists are to be believed, it is just the beginning of a massive heatwave. Summer heatwave has wreaked havoc over countries right from Saudi Arabia to Morocco.

Temperatures reached as high as 54 degree Celsius over cities and residents were craving for some relief. As per climate experts, this severe is a mere trailer of the severe weather which is yet to come.

The next few years will only bring bad news. In fact, the ever increasing populations of the regions will result in extreme water scarcity, global warming will bring in more consequences and temperatures will be too hot to handle here.

As per UN officials, this intense weather only shows that climate change is for real and is one of the biggest challenges faced by the region as a whole. In the recent years, these countries have been witnessing extremely hot summers and there seems no end to it.

In fact, in Saudi Arabia the temperature reached as high as 126 degree Fahrenheit. Not only this, in Kuwait the maximum rose to a whopping 129.9 degrees. This happens to be the highest temperature recorded in the Eastern Hemisphere as per World Meteorological Organization.

As per residents, stepping outside in this weather is walking in a ring of fire. The worst part is that the blistering heatwave is expected to continue in Kuwait.
