Orange toxic cloud in Spain brings life to standstill

Life at a Spanish town was brought to a halt after a blast at a chemical plant resulted in a huge orange toxic cloud. The blast was caused, as two chemicals came into contact during the delivery to the plant, which is located around 30 miles away from Barcelona.

Reportedly, three people have been injured in the incident. While, over 60,000 people from the surrounding places were forced to remain indoors for several hours. In a bid to avoid any hazardous health problem, pregnant women, children, elderly people and those with respiratory problems were advised against venturing out of home to remain even after the general warning was lifted.
