Oklahoma to Minnesota to witness severe stormy weather

floods in Minnesota 1 North-central United States will witness stormy weather on Tuesday. Gradually, the spread and intensity of storms will increase during rest of the week. Severe weather conditions will be witnessed right from Oklahoma to Minnesota.

A cold front will be seen progressing southward, which will bring damaging winds along with hail storm and incessant rains. We cannot rule out flooding at few places.

People should avoid venturing out during thunderstorm activities and hail storms. Motorists are being advised not to drive through the flooded roads.

The first severe storm will visit parts of Dakotas and the southern parts of Manitoba in Canada, on Thursday. Weather will become severe on Friday.

Stormy weather will be seen on Friday across much of the Interstate 35 corridor. Places to bear the brunt of severe storms will include southeastern Minnesota, western Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The belt of stormy weather will extend up to Iowa, central and eastern Kansas and parts of central Oklahoma.

Road, rail and air traffic could be hampered over Minneapolis and Eau Claire region in Wisconsin. Travel delays could also be seen over Omaha in Nebraska, Des Moines in Iowa and Kansas City in Missouri.

Meteorologists are also showing concerns of tornadoes along with damaging winds, hail and flash flooding. Residents of the above-mentioned regions should be careful on Thursday and Friday.
