After thunderstorms and cool blast early this week, Thursday is promising to be one of the nicest days for the Marksman’s fair in Hanover.
This is the 485th edition of the fair and will continue through the weekend in Hanover. It is the world’s largest of its kind, the fair features more than 250 fairground rides, carousels and drink stands.
The drying out will begin from Wednesday afternoon, but visitors at the fair might have to carry full sleeved shirt or light jackets as stiff breeze will make things nippy. On Wednesday the temperatures will be well below normal at 18°C and the normal for this time of the year is 22°C. At sunset the temperatures will drop to 14°C.
Thursday will turn out to be very nice as an area of high pressure will build up which will cause the temperatures will rise to seasonable levels at 21°C with less winds. The sky conditions will be a mixture of sun and clouds.
However this dry spell will be short lived as a cold front will affect from Friday. This will spoil the festivities during the fair with a couple of showers or a thunderstorm. The maximum threat will be during the afternoon.
During the weekend, Saturday will be the driest of the two days. The temperature on Saturday is likely to climb close to 26°C which will be the highest of the week.
