The month of February will end with an Alberta Clipper bringing widespread heavy snowfall from the upper Great Lakes to the interior of northern New England. Isolated spotty rain will be witnessed in the Eastern Seaboard.
The East Coast will receive another round of stormy weather in the middle of next week.
We can expect mostly rain ending as some snow over Erie in Pennsylvania, Buffalo and Syracuse in New York, and Burlington in Vermont.
