In wake of a Polar Vortex that occurred last week, most parts of northern United States and Canada have plunged into life-threatening freezing weather. In fact, schools were cancelled, offices closed, and the police warned the public to stay indoors for their own safety. 21 people died as a result of such hazardous weather.
