The time of trick or treat is finally just a few days away. Halloween 2016 is likely to bring good news for most parts of the United States as far as the weather is concerned. While the northern part of the country may witness some rainfall, other areas are likely to remain mostly dry.

Northeastern parts of the country are likely to witness some light showers; however, rains will not be enough to hamper Halloween plans. During the next few days, temperatures will range close to the average levels across New England.

Down South, the weather forecast is good news for residents right from the southern Plains to the Southeast. Bright sunshine will only enhance the festive fervor. Temperatures will remain slightly higher than 70-degree Fahrenheit mark.

As far as the Midwest region is concerned, weather conditions will remain cloudy with chances of rain close to the Canadian border. Other parts of the Midwest are likely to remain dry. While the Upper Midwest and the Great Lakes will witness, temperatures close to the 50-degree mark. The Central Plains will observe temperatures slightly more than 60 degrees.

A southward dip in the jet stream is likely over the Northwest. Thus, the region is expected to witness a few good showers, however rains will remain light in nature. Dry weather will be observed over Southern California. The Pacific Northwest will observe cooler weather with slight risk of rain.
