Over the past couple of weeks, Germany has been under the quilt of extreme cold weather. But ever since the start of this week, the cold weather seems to have eased out. This Tuesday marked the temperatures in Germany to cross 4°C, and the rise in temperatures is likely to be of the rising trend until Friday.
Thursday is most likely to be the warmest day in Frankfurt with a maximum of about 12°C. But this rise in temperature will take a setback as the cold fronts are most likely to prevent the rising trend in temperatures.
The upcoming cold weather snap will be more like that of November and not like last weekend’s. Cooler air will start to enter northern Germany on Thursday. And a much stronger wave of cold air will blow across the country on Friday.
Friday's cold weather snap will cross Germany and will bring in rains, pertaining to the northern and western areas of the country.
The typical November chill will start to settle in Germany on Saturday with maximum temperatures ranging from 5-9°C. Residents are advised to carry an umbrella for the untimely rainfall. The cold air will be cold enough for the snow showers to happen at higher elevations.
The sudden drop in temperature is most likely to be temporary and the temperatures will quickly bounce back early next week.
