November month has begun and normally by this time, frequency and intensity of North Western Disturbances start to increase significantly. But as of now, we have not observed any active Western Disturbance affecting northern hills of Pakistan.
Warm and dry weather conditions have not only enveloped several parts of India but also the adjoining country, Pakistan has also been facing similar weather for past many days. In fact, many parts of the country have been crossing 30°C mark.

However, foggy conditions prevailed over most plain areas of Punjab.
Within a span of 24 hours from 8:30 am on Wednesday, maximum temperatures have been recorded by Nawabshah at 38°C, Pad Idan 37°C, Karachi and Rohri at 36°C and Badin 35°C.
The reason for such weather activities can be attributed to a cyclonic circulation is seen over Central Pakistan and adjoining West Rajasthan.
But as the moisture feed is not available, no major changes in the weather activities are expected over most parts of the country for next few days.
According to weathermen at Skymet Weather, no active Western Disturbance is seen prevailing over Pakistan thus, rain and thundershowers also snowfall activities are not likely to make an appearance for next one week or so in many parts of northern hills of Pakistan.
As of now, dry weather is expected to continue in most parts of the country. Foggy and misty weather conditions are expected in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh region during night and morning hours.
Mornings are expected to remain cool over Peshawar, Jhelum, and Islamabad. While very warm conditions are likely to prevail over South Sindh and Balochistan.
