December to be rainy and snowy in Ohio

The month of November is finally ending. While there has been significant cooling during the last week, the temperatures had remained well above normal in several parts of Ohio. Thus, temperatures will remain well above the normal levels.

Usually, the month of November is notorious to be stormy with wet days. However, this year had a different story to tell. In fact, there has been unusual warmth and most of the days have remained dry and sunny. Stormy weather, which happens to be an Ohio Valley feature had somewhere gone into hiding.

Due to this, drought conditions in Ohio has also marked its return. In addition to this, the wildfires have also spread across many parts of the Carolinas, Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia.

However, rains have made a dramatic reappearance over these areas. Only time will tell if these conditions will improve with the prevailing rainy conditions.

Cold weather will make a comeback during the month of December. In fact, snow show will also make a comeback. The next two weeks will observe above average rains as the weather pattern is expected to be more active in the coming days. So much so that if the stormy weather pattern stays for a while, you may just be witnessing a white Christmas.
