July’s scorching heat in Britain finally ended after the temperatures went down on Monday night. This was due to good showers over most parts of the country.
However, forecasters predict that the heatwave conditions will make a comeback towards the end of this week. This would intensify the temperatures over Britain, making the weather conditions sultry and warm.
They claim that clear weather conditions are not foreseen until Wednesday. However, London and Midlands are expected to witness sunny days.
Britain’s southern regions are expected to bake with mercury settling at a whopping high of 28°C on Sunday. The Meteorological Department predicts Sunday to be the warmest day for UK while Saturday’s high temperature is expected to stay close to 25°C.
However, areas across eastern England and south-east England might witness temperatures as high as 27°C or 28°C as maximum. Moreover, Scotland and the northern areas may observe much cooler weather conditions by weekend with the temperatures relaxing in mid 20’s. Some rainy spells are also likely over the area that would wave off the prevailing heat.
But in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, temperatures are expected to peak to about at least 22°C. But as predicted, weather conditions could witness a topsy turvy situation and Britain is likely to bake again with a high temperature of 35°C that could last until September.
