Britain is once again ready to swamp in warm weather conditions with temperatures rising up to 30°C next week.

The temperatures might climb high above making a new record this year. This weather condition is due to the hot air from the south that is likely to push the weather rise so high.

July has already witnessed baking heat with temperatures reaching up to 33.5°C at Brize Norton. Further, the Meteorology Department also claims that London is also likely to observe temperatures in lower thirties especially on the initial days of the week.

As per the meteorologists, as of now, the temperatures are still bit below average due to the north-western flows.

Towards the beginning of next week, air will be drawn from the south which is why first two days of the week will witness moderate temperatures. However, hot conditions are prevailing over Britain, it still cannot be termed as a ‘heatwave’.

Heatwave is a condition that develops when the daily maximum temperature of a particular region exceeds by 5 degrees. In case of UK, if the location of the jet stream allows high pressure to develop, it would result in persistent dry weather conditions. Then, it will be termed as a heatwave.

Moreover, North England may also witness temperatures in higher twenties and the hottest conditions around south London.

Additionally, heavy thunderstorms are also predicted to bring an end to the hot spell on Wednesday.
