While USA is busy preparing for its 36th annual fourth July concert at A Capitol Fourth, threat of bad weather is also expected to emerge over the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, in Washington D.C.
As per the organizers of the concert, the rehearsals went on pretty good on Sunday. This concert which will conclude in fireworks is expected to be attended by approximately 200,000 people provided if the weather allows.
The executive producer, Mr. Michael Tolbert says that there had been climatic issues earlier as well but the show always went on.
However, most of the live performers are fearless about the ongoing weather conditions and so is the Capitol Police. The local police officials have been working jointly with the organizers and claims that plan of canceling the concert is definitely not in their mind until there is a danger of severe weather conditions. Seeing the enthusiasm of the locals, the show will go on even in the rains.
The Capitol Fourth airs on PBS at 8:00 p.m. on Monday (as per the U.S. timings). However, in case of poor weather conditions, the fireworks will certainly be rescheduled for Tuesday night.
