The strongest El Niño on record has wreaked havoc all across the globe. While some areas have observed severe drought conditions, others have witnessed a series of floods. For the ones who don’t know what El Niño is, it is the natural warming of the Pacific that causes weather alterations throughout the world. This phenomenon lasts usually a year and is generally followed by La Niña.
