As per the sources, arrivals of new Urad crop has started in Jalgaon region of Maharashtra in small quantities. Crop quality is good and moisture level is between 15-16%. Currently, prices of new crop is quoted around 5500-6000 per bag. Arrivals of 100 bags are reported per day. Higher arrivals of fresh crop may put downward pressure on prices in days to come.
