Weak supplies coupled with steady demand in the spot markets pushed the Turmeric prices higher at Nizamabad spot market. Prices traded at Rs. 8400 per quintal. Prices may come down with the advancement of sowing in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Farmers are holding their premium quality produce.
