Turmeric| Turmeric prices were decreased at Erode

Turmeric prices were decreased at Erode (Tamil Nadu) spot market. The finger turmeric decreased by Rs 100-150 per quintal and the root variety by Rs 100. At the Erode market, the finger turmeric was sold at Rs 5,318-7,738 per quintal; the root variety Rs 5,265-7,455. Bearish trend in turmeric prices will continue in coming days, said the traders.
