Turmeric prices are trading firm in spot as well as in futures on good demand from the domestic buyers as well as expectation of demand from upcountry buyers as supplies may dwindle during the next month. Expectation of increasing production in coming harvesting season and lowering export demand is expected to put pressure at higher levels.
