Despite lower domestic crop output, sluggish demand and pressure of imported crop have dragged tur with tur (Maharashtra) declining to Rs 8,800, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at Rs 8,000. Amid renewed actions against hoarders and stockists, pulses and pulse seeds in Indore mandis traded low with arrival outstripping demand.
