Central Government has recommended further to import 5,000 tonnes of tur dal to keep prices under control. Prices of pulses have shot up due to a gap in domestic supply and demand, according to the commodity analysts. The centre has taken several steps to increase the availability which would help rein in prices, said the senior Government Official.
