Sugar prices were slipped in major markets of India on account of subdued off take from traders and brisk crushing by millers. Sugar prices were fell in the Kolhapur and Muzaffarnagar spot markets, as mills continued to sell at discounted prices to clear stocks and raise working capital for the sugarcane payments, said the traders.
