Sugarcane| At least 300,000 tonnes of so-called `CXL quota` sugar, are believed

At least 300,000 tonnes of so-called `CXL quota` sugar, are believed to have been contracted with suppliers in north Brazil and are very  likely to be shipped in March-April to refineries across Europe, according to the European traders. The CXL import quota is a supply of raw sugar that has preferential access to the European Union market.
