Thailand's rice exports will fall well short of previous forecasts in 2015 as shippers are being undercut by cheaper grain from Pakistan, India and Vietnam. Weaker-than-expected sales would be a blow for Thailand's military rulers, who last year toppled a government that built up huge rice stockpiles through a generous subsidy scheme.
