Rice prices of Pusa 1121 basmati variety in Punjab and Haryana states were unchanged on account of the steady local and export demand, according to the traders. Prices of Pusa 1121 basmati (parboiled) variety was at Rs 4,600-4,700 per quintal. However, Rice prices were rising as basmati export may pick up from this month.
