Strategie Grains has lifted its import estimates by 400,000 tonnes to 3.3 million tonnes for rapeseed purchases by the European Union, the top consumer of the oilseed, in 2016- 2017.. That would be a rise of some 15 percent from the 2.86 million tonnes imported last season, according to official data, and represent the strongest buying in three years.
