Persistent rain during the harvest time will cause reduction in the European Union's rapeseed crop. Weather has been terrible in the four largest producers France, Germany, Britain and Poland. Crop size may reduce at the last moment due to bad weather. France rapeseed harvest is coming to a close but has been held up in the north by repeated rain since late July.
