Mustard is the major rabi oilseed crop in India. Attack of white rust is noticed on the mustard crop in the key producing states. As per the recent data released by Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Ministry of Agriculture, sowing area under total oilseeds is at 76.91 lakh hectares as compared to 83.87 lakh hectares last year.
