Mustard is the major rabi-oilseed crop in India. Presently mustard crop is in reproductive stage in the key producing states of India. As per the recent data released by Indian agriculture ministry, sowing area under total oilseeds in India was down at 7.84 million hectares, as compared to 8.69 million hectares last year.
