Mustard crop is in flowering to pod development stage in the key producing states of North India. Sowing area under total oilseeds across the states of India is at 80.14 lakh hectares as compared to 88.61 lakh hectares last year, as per the recent data released by Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Ministry of Agriculture.
