Presently rabi maize is in the early growth stage in the key producing states of India. New maize arrivals were increased at the major spot markets in Bihar, Maharashtra and Karnataka states. Currently maize prices were prevailing below the Minimum Support Price (MSP) on account of higher arrivals in the major spot market.
