On the account of declining arrivals and good demand of maize, the prices were increased in the major markets of India. At Pune market (Maharashtra state), the maize prices were upto Rs 1775 per quintal. The bullish trend in maize prices is expected to continue in the coming days due to higher demand from poultry feed industry, said a commodity analysts.
