Maize prices were increased in the major spot markets of India. According to the traders from Sangli market (Maharashtra state), the maize prices have crossed the minimum support price (MSP) level i.e. Rs 1310 per quintal on account of increase in demand. At Sangli spot market, maize prices were Rs 1250-1320 per quintal.
