Maize| Brazil has given grain trading companies

Brazil has given grain trading companies an initial quota of 100,000 ton of tariff-free corn on purchases outside of Mercosur trade bloc. Gazette gave details on duty-free imports from outside Mercosur that were announced last week. Brazil faces shortage of corn for feedstock after exporting most of its two annual crops, under this circumstances Brazil taken this initiative.
