According to the International Grains Council (IGC), global corn production was expected to fall by 5 percent in the year2015-16 from this season's record level. Maize prices were showing bullish trend in the major spot markets of India. According to the traders, new arrivals of maize crop from rabi season will increase in the coming weeks.
